Using executive action to restrict Second Amendment? Secretly obtaining phone records from Associated Press journalists? Carrying out military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval?
Ramping up Bush’s unconstitutional Patriot Act to a new level? Supporting unconstitutional, warrantless wiretapping? Having four U.S. citizens killed without judicial process? Ordering a private company to fire 1,000 employees, as he did with Boeing? Lying about letting people keep their health insurance and lying about the cost of Obamacare?
Giving tax dollars to campaign contributors and lobbyists, and falsely claimed the money was for “green energy”? Having “off the record” meetings with lobbyists? Having armed SWAT agents raid thye law-abiding Gibson guitar factory because it was owned by a Republican? Ignoring constitutional requirements for appointees, when he appointed dozens of "czars"?
Trying to outlaw family farms by by trying to prohibit farm children under 18 from working in various farm-related activities? Auctioning off ambassadorship to the Netherlands?
