This is why we need proper regulations and rules on big business.

They caused so much suffering and death yet they don't go to prison.

They are no different from the dealer who sells heroin on the streets. Actually they're worse. They pretend to be so up standing yet they bribe the FDA, flood our nation with their poison causing countless deaths. Yet they don't face prison or much of any consequences for their actions beyond being fined.

These people need to go to prison just like all illegal drug dealers should. They are responsible for so many deaths and so much suffering yet they don't face the same consequences most everyone has to face.

The laws need to change. These people need to he put in prison.

Proper regulations need to be put in place so this won't happen again. Just asking them to do the right thing isn't enough with these people. The FDA should have much more authority to put a stop to the deluge of pharmaceutical heroin in our nation beyond just asking. Companies that don't follow the very loose laws should be put in prison. The laws and regulations need to be much stricter.

But as we all know, regulations and rules on business is evil and should never happen.

Right?

The FDA is the biggest got-damned protection racket on the planet.

And speaking of accountability, how many FDA bureaucrats have been sued and/or jailed for medications that have killed people, after deeming them to be "safe and effective"?

Lemmie guess....The laws and regulations that have demonstrably failed are evidence that even more laws and regulations are called for!...Amirite?
