There is no such agreement except among you crazy looney tunes. George W Bush recognized that the terrorists and their supporters need to be dealt with over there instead of over here. The elder Bush did not have to deal with 9/11 and Islamic terrorists either. Had he, he might have done the same thing.

Donald Trump created a vacuum. A vacuum that was filled by evil people, Iran and Russia are trying to expand their influence in the region to the detriment of the US. Syria also provided a forward base for the US to launch attacks against terrorists. Our ground forces did very little of the fighting in Iraq or Syria. Biden is doing the right thing.

No “vacuum” was ever created by President Trump. Syria has a government and a leader, named Assad. The Assads have ruled Syria since 1971.
