Why didnt Hillary just make a national speech in late october that she has evidence that the Russians are planning to vote in the upcoming election, and that we could have up to 25 Million fraudulent votes cast. therefore, all 57 states need to double check all of the people who are already voting in early voting, and make sure that none of them are Russian.
