Regarding The "Biden Mitterrand Oops".Imagine If President Biden Inadvertantly Mentioned Winston Churchill,Gorbachev,Or Queen Elizabeth?

Not sure, but hasn't President Biden brought up at least someone elses name in a speech/appearance who past away.And now we have President Mitterrand who died a very long time ago. And even Obama once brought up that he took notice of some "Fallen Sodliers" that were in one of his audiences. And what ever happened to "Wheelchair Chuck"? and thats assuming we all recall that classic gaffe. Well, now the GOP has some great footage to make some Pro-GOP ads come late summer. if anything, the GOP has lots of great Biden footage to ads with, but the Mitterrand gaffe so far is the best one.
