Angela Rayner initially consulted three people before the purchase of her £800,000 flat in Hove, which she has admitted to underpaying stamp duty on, the BBC understands.

It is understood the deputy prime minister consulted one individual experienced in conveyancing and two experts on the law around trusts before the purchase.

So this is her excuse for trying to get away with not paying the correct amount of tax. She knew what she was doing and sorry love, your fingers were caught in the till. I wonder how many of this lying cabinet have avoided tax?

Do the country a favour, resign.

Bollocks!! i don't like Rayner for a number of reasons, this bullshit isn't one of them, are you a revenue expert? she took the advice of three so called experts which looks like it was wrong which she admitted, wait for the investigation which should get to the facts, not some Daily Mail and media Witch hunt, and She doesn't own three houses like the SUN and the other scum media reported show owns one, the one in Hove.

A little like Trump calling the Al Qaeda Boss in Syria a handsome young man with an interesting past, like belonging to the group who blew up the twin towers and had a ten million dollar price on his head when deputy leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq, very interesting past, Farage and Trump are two cheeks of the same backside.

Lots of politicians getting hung-up on that snag these days.
The thing is, in the UK, not only you have to know the law, but you have to know tax law. If you ask the taxman and they say a,b,c, it's upto you to make sure that's right. Because even following their advice, if it's wrong, you will get get fined/prosecuted.

How do I know this? Because I'm self employed and I read tax law at a level well above the peasants, like Tommy Tit and DeadBeat.

So Rayner should resign or get sacked. But this is Labour, they harbour tax cheats. History repeats itself.

No, self employed and unlike you a benefit scrounger, I've been through more company law than you have braincells.
I an retired asshole and have been self employed in the past and never claimed a benefit in my life, so were the three experts who gave tax advice to Rayner qualified or not? maybe they should have consulted a real expert like you.

Even the taxman is not qualified, let alone tax advisors. If you have a case, take it to court. Rayner knew precisely what she was doing, the lying Labour arseholes talk shit about about law and tax, and suck the gullible like you into believing them.

Either sort your tax out, or quit.

I don't like Rayner for several reasons, this is not one of them, and if the Taxman isn't qualified we have a real problem.

15th post
She’s out. Resigned her DPM position this morning.
Yes it was ruled she broke the Ministerial code although not intentionally, she resigned from all of her Government positions, how different from Pretty Patel and Bozo the Clown Johnson who broke the Ministerial code more than once but never resigned.
