In scripture there are subtle references to some things such as radio wave technology, like the wall of Jericho and such. There is also so much proof of the use and it's effectiveness without mass or object cooperation.

There are several levels mentioned... like brain waves, weather manipulation, human consciousness (which makes me think of 'the universal mind/soul'), lucid dreams... and such. Rooted these things seem to be in mentalism and Jewish mysticism.
