Elijah somehow appeared along with Moses to Jesus and a couple of His disciples.
1. That tells you that Moses was not sleeping in the grave until Christ returns.
Moses was called up out of Abraham's Bosom. Elijah, from Heaven. The two met Jesus in a dimension that the disciples could see, but the three were not tethered by the gravity of our dimension.

2. Reincarnation isn't Biblical. You will remain you for all eternity. No where, no where, does the Bible say we keep coming back until we get it right. No where does the Bible say we turn into different humans. In fact, that is actually antiscriptural. The soul you were born with is the soul God will love forever.

What I have been wondering about is if a number of human souls, [which is our mind, will, emotions and personality], can be recorded on one Human Spirit that is like the oldest version of both you and I. I actually do believe that all of us will have our own identity in the afterlife but there seems to be one part of us that gets sent back on missions that are related to how the Genius Master Plan of our Creator is worked out.

The dream that was given to Jacob seems to relate to spiritual beings being sent here to this earth to accomplish missions. The promise to the thief on the cross beside Messiah Yeshua - Jesus gives us an idea of the reward for our accomplishing this mission and accepting the Sacrifice of Messiah the Passover Lamb on our behalf.

10Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. 11So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep. 12Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
13And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: “I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. 14Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. 15Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”
16Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.” 17And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”
[Genesis 28]

All of us have a mission in life that is actually more important, but often more simple, than we tend to realize.

b. Mission Information Revealed by the Being of Light

Some NDErs describe encountering a Being of Light who gives them a life review where their mission is revealed in profound detail. Other NDErs learn from the Being of Light that their mission cannot be revealed. Either way, the NDEr usually forgets the details of their mission upon returning to earthly life.

During her life review, Lynnclaire Dennis was informed by the Being of Light of her mission in life – a rare occurrence in NDEs – because often the NDEr is told they cannot know it or that they will be made to forget it upon return. In Lynnclaire’s case, a Being of Light she refers to as “The Presence” revealed to her a special mission she was to perform: “Lynnclaire, you will be a catalyst for change, for love. You will bring forth, hold, and honor remembrance. You will bring to conscious awareness the realms, realities, and remnants in order that the spirit may remember the dance.” Her NDE encounter with the Light, which she refers to as “The Pattern”, led to a scientific discovery involving the topology of the Light.

The Being of Light told Lisa M. during her life review that her mission is to learn and practice love, and to help others: Lisa encountered a radiant male Being of Light who radiated unearthly, unconditional love. The Being revealed her entire life in a single, instantaneous vision and gently reminded her of her true purpose: to grow in love and compassion, to express these qualities on Earth, and to help others however she could.

Isaiah 53 is a truly critical chapter in the Bible.

1Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
2For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
3He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
4Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
6All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
7He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He opened not His mouth;
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
So He opened not His mouth.
8He was taken from prison and from judgment,
And who will declare His generation?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.
9And they made His grave with the wicked—
But with the rich at His death,
Because He had done no violence,
Nor was any deceit in His mouth.
10Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
11He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.
12Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.

As a faithful shepherd he already cares so much about his people that he volunteered to suffer all kinds of agonies to assure that not a single Jew of all times will be lost.20

Mashiach shall meditate on the Torah21 and be preoccupied with mitzvot. He shall teach all the Jewish people and instruct them in the way of G‑d. He will prevail upon Israel to follow and observe the Torah, repair its breaches, and fight the battles of G‑d.22

Mashiach will reveal altogether new insights, making manifest the hidden mysteries of the Torah,23 to the point that “all the Torah learned in the present world will be vain compared to the Torah of Mashiach.”24
