In a move straight out of a totalitarian playbook, the California Assembly Judiciary Committee voted 11-2 on Monday to advance AB 2624, the so-called “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” a disgusting Democrat power grab designed to make it illegal for brave citizen journalists like Nick Shirley to expose the rampant fraud bleeding American taxpayers dry in immigrant service centers.

Blatant violation of the 1st Amendment. Really all that signed onto it should be removed from office, IMO.

Remember some places have some pretty strict rules on recording people (two party consent) that can impact investigative journalism even without this new law, California being one of them.

Why would anyone even consider such a thing, unless they are scared to death of being caught? An even better question is where is the MSM to cover the monumental fraud going on inside CA? The worst thing that can ever happen to a country is the MSM colludes with a political party. They're not going to retake the house in the midterms, or the senate. 1) Trump is not on the ballot, 2) the dumocraps are. Just because Trump is momentarily down a little in popularity doesn't mean he is done. He has been much more unpopular in the past and yet is still in the WH. OTOH, the dumocraps have never been this unpopular. I just saw a clip from CNN discussing the base's opinion of their own party and it was a blood bath. They are so much more demoralized than republicans are.
