Not everybody scores the exact same on the test just like if you have 16 game season not every team goes 8-8. You CANNOT infer that one race is inferior to another from testing, you must take into account other factors. Lets test a group of whites from the Appalachians against a group blacks who live in Montgomery County,Md one of the wealthiest counties in the nation. It will disprove your theory right there as the blacks in Mon. count. have access to state of the art educational tools and the whites in Appalachia piss in outhouses sometimes and are some of the most illiterate citizens in the country. Its all about access my friend no matter how much you don't want to believe that.

It's not ALL about access. It's partially about access. IQ's of adopted kids are more closely related to the iq's of their biological parents, not their adoptive parents.

You're really coming apart at the seams.

Pard you are just mad because my views on race are closer to reality and yours have no basis in it. If you are afraid of the other races which it seems to me you are, there is a place called Scandinavia which is pretty much all white, socialist but almost all white. You should check it out.

I have not been saying that race doesn't have any factor, it does, albeit very small, but a factor nonetheless. My position is there are many more factors than your's, D's and Willie's position that race determines everything.

You know thats wrong, if you take a poor African adoptee and bring him here, give him a Harvard type education from k-graduate school he will be a better success than most of the white kids here who are born with the silver spoon. Thats reality and you know it.

I'm not mad. I don't believe blacks should be discriminated against. Any individual could be a statistical outlier from the general trend of his race. For that reason, I advocate no race based policies in any matter. Can liberals say the same?

Why don't you conduct some of your wildly conjectural experiments and then get back to us.

Not necessarily. We could easily divert the 5,000 or so troops in Bosnia and Kosovo (yes, they're still there) to the Mexican border. If TX, NM, AZ, and CA each activate one National Guard birgade to augment that force, then you should be able to cover most, if not all of the border.

BTW - are you serious about the draft comments? That bill died in Congress last February, and Bush has no plans to implement it.

I know what you are OCA. I know you're not a liberal. You're reasonable on many topics. Denying straight forward statistical analysis and heaps of anecdotal evidence is just unattractive. And I want to fantasize about you during my private moments.

The only insidious purpose I could see these being used for is to get special concessions for blacks. Who would deny extra rights to the demonstrably lesser?

I don't think the draft is farfetched, the troops are stretched with two liberations still going on and I could easily believe Bush has plans for more in his next term.

Practically, with 8-12 million people, what would be the cost to export them all? If it costs $50 per person, that 400,000,000, if its only 8 million in the country.
