I don't know since he was arrested they know what race he is and if it was different then they would mention it in the same sentence. Still my first impression is that it is not a race issue and more of a psychological issues. Biting ones ear is not normal.

Well, most black neighborhoods should really be designated wildlife preserves; the problem is people keep wandering into them, as there are no fences and warning signs posted.
