Can you name any country where an American could enter illegally, wave the American flag while burning theirs, light cars on fire, loot, attack law enforcement with chunks of concrete and NOT get thrown in prison? Or worse?

I googled it, but no luck. That’s why there is no link.

Does anyone have a list of countries that would allow that?

TIA

IDK but since Trump hasn't invoked the insurrection act, the national guard isn't operating as law enforcement. They are acting illegally and should be arrested by California.

That is what makes America so wonderful, how shitty it is!

Trump is Hitler and people are demanding they STAY UNDER THE RULE OF HITLER!

You know, like all the Jews who burned German flags and refused to leave Germany in WWII.

Trump can't be everywhere all over the US...

Fast as fast can be.

The following list draws from sources like the Federal Register, White House announcements, and news reports, with a focus on immigration-related actions.

  • Immigration and AEA-Related Orders:
    • January 20, 2025 – Declaring a National Emergency at the Southern Border: Trump invoked the AEA to justify mass deportations, targeting alleged gang members like Tren de Aragua. This order deployed 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines to the border, sparking protests in LA (e.g., June 7–11, 2025, clashes over ICE raids). It set the stage for expedited removals with minimal due process, though courts later mandated notice and habeas corpus rights. No specific “due process guidelines” were issued, but court rulings (e.g., April 7 and May 15, 2025) forced some procedural tweaks, like requiring more than 24-hour English-only notices.

    • January 20, 2025 – Guaranteeing the States Protection Against Invasion: This order reinforced AEA use, framing undocumented immigration as an “invasion” to justify military involvement in deportations. It’s tied to LA’s unrest, where ICE targeted 118 immigrants, fueling protests with Mexican flags you mentioned.

    • April 28, 2025 – Crackdown on Sanctuary Cities: This order cut federal funding to cities like LA that limit cooperation with ICE, aiming to pressure local leaders like Mayor Karen Bass. It directly relates to your LA focus, as California’s resistance (e.g., Newsom’s lawsuit against troop deployment) clashed with Trump’s agenda.

    • June 4, 2025 – Travel Restrictions on High-Risk Countries: This order restricted entry from countries like Yemen, Somalia, Haiti, and Libya, citing vetting issues. While not AEA-specific, it aligns with Trump’s hardline immigration stance and could impact LA’s diverse communities.

    • March 2025 – English as Official Language: This order designated English as the national language, rescinding a Clinton-era mandate for non-English assistance. It ties to your LA protests, where language and cultural identity (e.g., Mexican flags) are flashpoints.
  • Other Notable Orders:
    • January 20, 2025 – Rescinding Biden-Era Orders: Trump revoked 78 of Biden’s orders, targeting DEI, climate change, and COVID-19 policies. This included ending federal DEI programs, which some conservatives see as divisive, potentially fueling LA’s protest tensions over cultural issues.

    • January 20, 2025 – Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE): Led by Elon Musk, this order aimed to cut $160 billion from the federal budget, including 121,000 federal jobs. While not immigration-specific, it’s part of Trump’s broader deregulation push, which conservatives argue streamlines government but critics say destabilizes services.

    • February 1, 2025 – Tariffs on Mexico, China, and Canada: These orders imposed 25% tariffs, citing drug trafficking and security threats. The Mexico tariff could exacerbate tensions in LA, where Mexican heritage communities protested ICE raids.

    • March 6, 2025 – Strategic Bitcoin Reserve: This created a reserve from seized cryptocurrency, a nod to conservative crypto advocates but less relevant to your AEA focus.

    • April 15, 2025 – Prescription Drug Price Reform: Directed the health department to work with Congress on Medicare drug price negotiations, a populist move but unrelated to deportations.

    • April 23, 2025 – Law and Order Enhancements: Strengthened law enforcement powers, including police immunity, which could escalate tensions in LA during protests over ICE actions.

Hogwash.

Both posse comitatus and the NDAA of 2007 authorize the deployment when the State/local officials are derelict.

When the Insurrection Act is invoked. Until then, they should be arrested. Stormtroopers are not above the law even if the Star Chamber has declared Trump is.

The ICE agents, who are federal employees, were in danger for their very lives due to the criminal actions of the rioters, and thus Trump can call on the NG to protect federal assets.

P.S. You leftists are NUTS, siding with illegal aliens and violent rioters - and against law enforcement and trying to restore the peace.
