Every Government Employee from the top down has their own email account. It is an outright lie to compare Powell's email account to Hillary's email server. An email server is a piece of Internet infrastructure.

Common sense. Government employees keeping a private email account is to be expected. Keeping a major piece of Internet infrastructure in your basement to route and archive government data is a completely different story.

We may never get that confirmed for a variety of reasons. However, Government systems which are required to meet stringent security standards (e.g. FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria, CsFC, APL) plus regular audits are regular targets, how can you people rest assured her server was not hacked?
