Bla-bla-bla. First of all, Russia sells most of the oil in prices nominated not in dollars, but in roubles, yuans, rupees. Second, most of it is delivered by long-term contracts with more or less fixed prices. Third - cheap oil boosts Chinese and Indian economy, and they help Russia more effectively. Fourth - Russia see expansion of NATO as a vital threat, and won't stop fighting even if it will demand food-rationing. And last, but not least, Russia, allied with China and India is unbeatable economically, and can continue war of attrition (West vs not-West), but even without this alliance, Russia can win fast and short war of annihilation (Russia vs USA).
