The State of Washington's electoral votes have all gone to the Democratic candidate in the last 4 elections if I rec1all correctly. So I would imagine that the culprit is either trying to cast doubt on the veracity of our state election results, or actually trying to prevent the votes from reaching a Democratic majority.

I had this cover with my wife yesterday. Her family is Puerto Rican and she was very upset about the whole thing (even though she isn’t a voter).

I reminded her that:

1. Puerto Rico has no Electoral Votes.
2. Most Puerto Ricans in the Continental US weren’t planning on voting for Trump anyway.

She thought about that for a minute then said… “so he’s just pandering to his base and it really doesn’t matter, does it?” I smiled, nodded, patted her in the head and said “now you’re catching on.”
