Publishing program?

My wife has started to do a newsletter for her church. What kind of program will she need to add clipart to the articles. Can you use Word to do that or is there a special publishing program out there? Thanks

What ever happened to Corell Draw, or whatever it was called? I used that when I worked in Bellcore! I do beleive I got you a copy of that too Dad! hehe!!!

Yeah, well I know power point too! but it has also been almost 10 years that I have been out of Bellcore! BTW - Jim you were going to give me Word and all that on my machine, what up with that? I am going to start bugging you like James W. hahaaaha!
