They didn't commit treason or one and there wasn't an insurrection for two. They should be tried for crimes that they actually committed like trespass and interfering with a government activity or assault if they hit anyone. None had been charged for treason OR insurrection because a first-year law student could get either charge thrown out of court. The government has committed enormous resources and nearly a year of time and hasn't been able to come up with ANY evidence against anybody of treason or insurrection.

He has paid his $22, so his CCW is now current.
It was also perfectly legal to point it as Kyle since Kyle had just fired off ten rounds on fairly busy city street.

It was expired when he participated in the riot. Carrying a concealed pistol without a CCW is a felony. The only reason he wasn't charged was that he DA needed his testimony against Rittenhouse and charging him after the trial would be construed as revenge for tanking the prosecution's case.

Out of context. The poster I was replying to was referencing Jan 6th, not the American Revolution. As far as I'm concerned, the 'good' protestors did nothing but protest OUTSIDE the capitol. The 'bad' protestors were guilty of nothing but trespassing. The 'bad' regime saw fit to unduly punish them and ignored the Antifa and FBI instigators (like Ray Epps) who they called 'un-indicted' co-conspirators. Except the instigators never went to jail because they are FBI plants. Remember too, the ONLY person that got killed was an unarmed woman shot by Capitol cops.
