Depends on what those units do, doesn't it?

The problem with starting a new "Space Force" is that it takes away from other services.

Frankly, like all of Trump's ideas, the Space Force is awful, and Biden should reverse it and return those people to their appropriate services. But once a bureaucracy gets started, it's hard to get rid of.

the space force should, and has a great sales pitch, recruit and train their own t o. no academy is needed, i suppose, officers chosen from the other services and such,

i've never been a fan of federalizing the national guard for these foreign adventures. we need our guard here for hurricanes and such, the oil wars should be fought by regulars.

It sounds to me like another attempt at usurpation and consolidation by the federal government.

Many of us do not know that the states created the federal government, that it serves at the pleasure of the states.
