As some of us well know, there are many types of "progressives" in the world today. Some are really liberals in the purest sense, which is fine with me. Others are a varying mix of liberalism, libertarianism, and conservativism [sic]. To say that one is "progressive" does not always mean that they are liberal.

when we finally have a nation of like minded conservative christians who ONLY do what we WANT them to do
