Sorry, but I posted the links before. The State Department did not hand over all the documents. Many were recovered from the server. The FBI made it clear she did not turn them all over. Comey pointed this out in his report. The State Department made it clear she violated the FOIA and the Fedetal Records Act by not turning them over. This is also why the State Dept said it was ignoring Lynch's order to shut down the investigation and would look further into the matter.
