You know, this is the legal definition of insurrection. (Hint, hint, wink, wink)

2) Passing laws or issuing edicts that subvert legal government authority,

3) Engaging in behavior that sabotages government efforts to restore peace and civility to the civilian populations, or

4) Otherwise engaging in acts of defiance against a duly elected government by violent or nonviolent means.

The left in California is engaging in open acts of insurrection. If I were Trump, I would send in Marshals and the National Guard to openly arrest all officials responsible for failing their duty to their citizens. By not doing so, they are an active threat to national security.

I'd let God and the legal system sort it out later. I don't have time for this shit.
