Probably would have saved YOU some time.Sure...all should be required to wear orange jumpsuits, with "PRISONER"...er, "STUDENT" stenciled on the back.
Some private schools, very few public schools.are there school uniforms in the US?
In my middle school (co-ed) we had to wear a polo shirt with the school’s name and black or khaki pants.I have taught in an all-boys school where students were required to wear dress shirts and ties. It was more hassle than what it was worth because these were all poor kids who didn't have the resources to keep their clothes in good repair or to buy quality clothing. A simple T-shirt would have been more practical.
In my day every male teacher (except 'fizz ed') wore shirt and tie. Women teachers dressed modestly, even 'frumpy'.I am for a teacher attire code, too.
Didn't have that problem as there were no girls! In my middle school (co-ed) we had to wear a polo shirt with the school’s name and black or khaki pants.
Worked great. Particularly decreased a lot of the drama/meanness among the girls by eliminating a major source of their bullying each other. There’s no meaner demographic on earth than 13 year old girls.
