I usually don’t have much sympathy for criminals, he didn’t actually kill the guy and seems to have turned his life around, so I don’t really have a lot of heartburn with this.

An act of mercy freed Josh Rosales from life in a Colorado prison. Now he’s returning to the outside world.

Josh Rosales was convicted of felony murder in 2007 — jurors found he was present during a man’s murder at a Denver motel, but he didn’t pull the trigger.
