The rush is on , who do you think these countries are going to deal with.the one that's threatening them or the ones offering incentives. Especially in reference to Greenland. The wealth now being uncovered by the melting ice sheets may be fantastic , at least the potential is there.

The Gulf of Mexico is one of the most polluted waters in the world , it already has a huge dead zone. That's one reason the ban exists. If it completely dies that would be an insurmountable loss.
