The US has produced no direct evidence of Venezuelan trafficking. According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Venezuela is not a cocaine-producing country. Almost all coca crops – the main ingredient of cocaine – are concentrated in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.

In this case the accusations against Venezuela have been suspect. We’ve yet to lay out proof in any forum. The UN hasn’t identified them as a drug producing nation. Maybe they are guilty as sin, I have no idea, but as Americans we should see proof, not just trust the words of the people that blew shit up.
