We have freedom of expression under Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights. I'm sure you've not read that dude. Arrests is one thing, what was the subsequent outcome? Many cases are often overturned when you take the government to court, a bit different in the US with your dictatorship.

So they can arrest and prosecute away, but sue them if you're in the right, they can't trump the Human Rights Act. Basic knowledge, unless you're a gormless Yank, dude.
