Yesterday a book called "Nobody's Girl" came out from Virginia Giuffre she was one of the highest profile women sex trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein when she was under eighteen years of age, the book tells about her ordeal with Epstein and his chief accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Because there is a real possibility that Ghislaine Maxwell will have her twenty-year federal sentences commuted by her friend President Donald Trump it is appropriate to make the case against a pardon or commutation to prevent a travesty of justice that is beyond an accurate description. What Jeffrey Epstein did to these girls was that of a very sick and evil man but what Ghislaine Maxwell did was a thousand times worse in forcing these girls to engage in homosexual sex with Ms. Maxwell. In an ideal world Ms. Maxwell would have received a capital sentence for what she did. I know in our society the media tries to make it cool women engaging in homosexual sex and if women voluntarily want to engage or be homosexuals there is nothing wrong with it. However getting or trying to get a girl or women involved in homosexual sexual behavior that isn't open and notoriously gay or bisexual is pure evil it is worse than flagrant racial and religious discrimination. This of course goes for boy and men homosexual victimization which in our society is not as difficult to make the case for; to try to explain why this abuse is so evil is that every human being has an emotional make-up that is an integral part of their being and their sexual nature is tied deeply as deep as deep can go to that emotional make-up. In most cases when a heterosexual person is victimized in a homosexual manner the hurt or pain penetrates to the core of the person because most heterosexual people have a strong aversion to homosexual behavior. Most people's emotions especially their sexual emotions are not like light switches that can be turned on or off at will where someone who is heterosexual is homosexually abused their heterosexual emotions are harmed and harmed significantly and permanently in most cases. That is why many such victims turn to drugs and alcohol abuse and even suicide to escape the emotional and the ensuing psychological pain. To fully appreciate the magnitude of what Ms. Maxwell did to these girls one needs to consider what if the victims were boys and the chief victimizer was a women who trafficked the boys and the women's common law husband also sexually abused the underage boys; the common law husband would be considered a monster that should be locked away from society for the rest of his natural born life. That is the sentence that the criminal justice should have gotten for Ghislaine Maxwell but it failed and failed epically in this whole matter!
Donald Trump cares about his reputation and cares about it with a super intensity so he should be influenced by the following; people of high stature especially members of Congress should tell President Trump that if he does this off-the charts abuse of this Presidential power by commuting Maxwell's sentence or worse the country will change the U.S. Constitution to roll back this Presidential power and that will be his legacy. I suggest the Constitution be amended so that in the future when a President exercises his or her power to issue pardons or commutations and the like the Congress has sixty days to void such an exercise of power and it voids the Presidential act by at least sixty percent of the sitting members of each chamber of Congress voting to void the Presidential act and no Senate filibuster rule or the like should apply to stop or delay a straightforward up or down vote on the void resolution! President Trump needs to be told that he is walking on thin ice with the use of the Presidential power on issuing pardons and commutations his commutation of Ex-Congressman from New York George Santos forever put him there. How could a U.S. President who is morally charged with protecting America's Democracy and the institutions and infrastructure comprised of issue this commutation for Geroge Santos. Although the actual crimes that George Santos plead guilty to were essentially financial crimes it was all related to his election run for the U.S. Congress which was a complete fraud! The Congressional District involved the Third Congressional District was not only a wealthy district in New York City the site of the World Trade Towers but also has a lot citizens of the Jewish religion in this District. The lies George Santos told during his campaign were on an unprecedented scale. He said his grandparents escaped the Holocaust, he said he was Jewish and that his mother worked in one of the World Trade Centers on 9=11 and just got out of the building before it collapsed, that he worked for Goldman Sachs and had worked at Citigroup, that he graduated from Baruch college and was on the Volleyball team there where he was a star performer, just to name some of the lies. The citizens of the Third Congressional District were outraged on the Geroge Santos fraud committed against their district America in modern times has never seen anything like this fraud against our elections and president Trump issues a commutation for this guy making it so he doesn't have to account for his actions, it is indefensible!
