The Socialist Republic of Washington State, just the west side of the state(west of the mountains) is about 300% more statist left than Commiefornia's Sin Friedcisco crowd. The folks(Americans) that reside on the eastern side of Washington state(east of the mountains) we are for the most part are still God fearing Constitutionally based Americans being held captive by the Olympia commies. The closer one gets to the Washington state/Idaho border(fake border) the REDDER we get like Idahoans & eastern Washingtonians are one people.

There is a caveat to this however as he does say "a minimum of 3%".

So she may have improved some counties, maybe even many, but by less than 3% total but I don't know.

Three possible reason for this:

1) Everybody hated Giggles' guts.
2) Democrats cheated like hell in 2020.
3) A lot of both.
