Pregnant Teenager Dies In Texas, After Seeking Medical Help During 3 Emergency Room Visits

Another one in a million cherry pick to push Abortion Rights. Something tells me that there's lots of missing information because there is ALWAYS missing information.
The TX story about a girl dying because of blah blah is not true.

So that says, but to be truthful. NONE of that can be trusted.

I'll wait for the truth to come out.

At the very least, if anything is to be believed, that doctor needs to have his license pulled and charged for not doing what was in his patients best interest.

No one, and I mane ON FUCKIING ONE, is going to charge a doctor who does what it's right for his patient.

I am as hard core anti abortion as it comes, but in an emergency, A REAL EMERGENCY, no one is going to fault a doctor for doing what is right.

So **** off with that bullshit.
This is not an insulated incident. Doctors in states with extreme abortion laws are doing the right thing at their own risk. Performing or attempting to perform an abortion in Texas is a first or second degree felony.

In life, it has always been every man for himself. Nothing has changed about that. Nothing will ever change about that.

Witness just how those on the left are willing to kill and cast aside the right.
Common sense says there ARE medical things that make it so that abortion is the proper move. Common sense. If my wife is sitting there bleeding out and the state says nope can't help, I'm taking action. I'm not going to sacrifice my wife no matter what wacko say.

It is, in fact, an isolated incident, if it is an incident at all.

The entire purpose of States rights is that the STATES get to decide how their sovergnity Is conducted. Full abortion rights, no abortion rights.

Inside the United States, people are free to move from State to State. If you don't like your States laws, then you can work at changing them to something you agree with, or you can move.

This is called DEMOCRACY.

This entire thread is devoted to the subversion of that democracy by trying to demonize those states YOU and OTHERS disagree with.

Through it all, what is being ignored is that OTHERS have the belief that abortion is wrong.

I see NO ONE giving them consideration.

Why is that?

and the same common sense will tall you that no charges will be brought against a doctor who makes a good faith conscious choice to save his or her patient.

That is what is being ignored here

Its, The law says this so no one is going to make any considered choices.

And that is simply not ttue.

In the case of a medical emergency with a non viable fetus common sense says the mother doesn't have to die also unless..well maybe you think she must be punished.

If I have to watch my wife bleed out then there's gonna be lawsuits. That's wrong.

I don't think that at all, but I also don't think that your scenario is all that common or that people won't make the exception.

Its a false flag and a logical fallacy.

It's not being ignored at all. Texas is disputing that Federal law when it comes to abortion, as I already posted earlier. The article also discusses that.

Can't find this story from a reputable source yet. Let's wait for the full story...not "may have", "believe that" and "could have".
Democrats--the party of woulda, coulda, shoulda. I laugh every time I hear Heels Up campaign. She knows more about what "Trump is gonna do" than she knows about what "she's gonna do"

Again, a false flag and/or a logical fallacy.

No doctor is going to allow that and NO ONE is going to prosecte a doctor for saving a life.

Its a ******* boogieman arguement.

This is what Trump and the GQP Taliban have done to this country.

They will be punished on Tuesday. Enough of this ******* insanity.

The blame for that belongs the doctors who refused to treat her

Federal law has no say in the matter.

Try again.

Abortion has never been on the ballot in Texas.

Not a fan of our healthcare here in america

Poor MAGA gomer can't accept reality.

But you will be forced to on Tuesday.
Always remember. We all go down. Not just those Deplorables, Dregs and Garbage. Then with austerity it gets down to age, health and where violence mushrooms. The cities will be worse. All of the mensa Progressives will use their fine-tuned logically trained physical physiques to crush all perps on them. Trump is what is best for America. We will see if we are now like 2nd and 3rd world nations in elections if Progs win.

So what?

It is wrong to kill an innocent life.

Full stop.

That does not mean that people of honest intent cannot act if the life of the mother is in jeopardy.

The 'what if' scenario is no basis to make a law.

What if we killed every illegal entering the country.

Would we then prosecute every BP agent who didn't kill one?

No. It is a case by case issue. One thing is certain.

The people who think killing an innocent life is wrong ALSO get a say in the matter.
