Pregnant Teenager Dies In Texas, After Seeking Medical Help During 3 Emergency Room Visits

They didn't treat her sepsis because she was pregnant. Idiot
Lol. They did not cite the abortion restrictions as the reason why. The abortion restrictions have nothing to do with it. The restrictions did not cause her to get pregnant, she did.

Save your faux emotional spew, okay?

Nothing in that stories even tries to explain, much less prove, that aborting her six month fetus would have saved her life.

If they aborted it and the trauma of that procedure pushed the teen over the edge would they be running stories of abortion killing an innocent woman (and her innocent baby)?
Quoted for posterity.

Cause they didn't cite any reason at all.

  • A licensed physician must perform the abortion.
  • The patient must have a life-threatening condition and be at risk of death or "substantial impairment of a major bodily function" if the abortion is not performed. "Substantial impairment of a major bodily function" is not defined in this chapter.
  • The physician must try to save the life of the fetus unless this would increase the risk of the pregnant patient's death or impairment.
This is right from Texas law Is abortion illegal in Texas?

Wrongful death in Texas, a rotting dead baby inside her, perfect.
Arlette Lesh

You really need to understand how laws work. Here you go.

The doctor's malpractice is the issue. You want to make it about abortion which it is not.

I spent 3 months in a hospital because of an ER doctors attempt to ease my pain from complications after my liver transplant. I bear him no ill will because he could not have known that the painkillers I had been given were the cause of the problem and the drugs he gave me only made it worse, and caused my entire digestive system to cease functioning. I lost 100 pounds during that period. It took over 2 months to figure that out after my wife with a sociology degree figured it out for them.

No. They didn't treat her sepsis because they were waiting on the results of two ultrasounds. Her pregnancy status determined her care.
No. Sepsis is life-threatening and even a strict state like Texas allows abortion in that case. This was a case of malpractice.

They were clearly intimidated by Texas law

They were clearly intimidated by Texas law

They were intimidated by a law that says abortion is allowed when the mother’s life is at stake?

Clear case of malpractice: failing to treat sepsis.

A jury will sort that out

This is what Trump and the GQP Taliban have done to this country.

They will be punished on Tuesday. Enough of this ******* insanity.

Sad, but she wasn't looking to get an abortion:

Nevaeh Crain was crying in pain, too weak to walk, blood staining her thighs. Feverish and vomiting the day of her baby shower

The doctor should have explained that they needed to extract the baby in order to save her life.

Yes, and the family will win millions in their medical malpractice case, as they should.
Texas law put doctors in that position. We know that because that sort of thing doesn't happen to women in states that have reasonable laws.
