This is a classic case of liberal logic. A left leaning judge in California has decided that if you have pot in the car but you can't readily get to it to smoke it, it's not a problem.

Unless you have a burning joint in the ashtray, cops can no longer search your car if they see a shopping bag full of weed.

California cops have to treat marijuana in your car differently after this ruling

If you can't easily consume it, having marijuana in your car does not give California police the right to search the vehicle.

I can think of a dozen ways now this ruling will allow for nearly unfettered drug use and distribution with essentially impossible police prosecution. Good news for democrats as more stoned people means more blue voters.

To reiterate, what I was really trying to say is the more stoned Californians are, it will likely result in more blue California voters there.

I'm of the opinion that getting high enhances creativity in intelligent people while getting stoned just dulls down and makes more susceptible people already not wrapped too tight, and California actually has the 3nd LOWEST average state IQ in the union, kind of scary considering the number of people there.

It actually doesn't take a whole lot of rocket scientists. I spent a lot of time in that area years ago and the average person there ain't nothing to write home about.
