A convicted liar and jailhouse snitch. A lawyer who recorded his own client in a vain attempt to get evidence against him.
Yes, folks. This is Bragg's star witness. No wonder he doesn't want to talk about the case, and didn't want to indict in the first place on these charges.
So your answer to my challenge is your guess that Michael Cohen, literally a convicted liar, is the likely evidence. Sadly, you are likely right.

Yeah but when you take donations to fund your campaign it's not a reasonable argument that the folks giving you the money knew you were going to use it to pay off porn stars.

No, as I said no one here has any actual factual idea what the prosecutor has.
To be fair, both Trump and Cohen are proven liars. Jurors will have to go on presented evidence. If it's there, Cohen knows where it is at.

Cohen lies whether it's about Trump or himself. He lied to congress under oath, and the Dems still used him as a fact witness.
If he will lie to protect Trump, he will lie to say that Trump told him to, if that is part of his plea agreement.

Even if it was, the NDA is perfectly legal. He is only on trial for falsifying a record to cover a crime, and there is no evidence that he did that.

the payment was an illegal campaign contribution, because it exceeded $2,700 limit.

He has no incentive to lie to protect himself
He Will detail what Trump told him to do, how much to pay and what story he should tell
The jury can believe Cohen or believe Trump who claims he did not even have sex with Daniels
