I do not believe the race is "tied" right now. A month is a long time in politics, but this FEMA/flooding story is poisonous for the Left because it underlines what people already believe about them: they're happy to support Ukraine and illegals and could give two craps about American citizens.

Remember when Biden did the exact same thing leading up to the 2020 elections and yet every time it seemed Trump was the clear winner, magic vote tallies kept magically appearing days later that gave Biden a victory?
