I don't know if he's had it for "years", but he just didn't find out on Sunday Afternoon.

People do have simple screening tests for PSA, but old guys that are Biden's age, particularly those who have been senile for many years usually don't get them.

IMHO, he 's known about this for months, but not necessarily years.

I worked in healthcare for 30 years. The odds of Biden developing stage 4 prostate cancer that was undiagnosed with him getting the best medical care in the World, is virtually nil.
