The problem I see with these polls are this.

Sanders is fighting Hillary. Sanders voters will oppose Hillary now.

When it comes to Hillary v. Trump, Sanders voters will probably change tact.

Also, the Trump v. Hillary fight hasn't started. So, the swing that will happen by people being taken in by the negative impact of the election will change everything.

Polls right now are almost meaningless, no matter which way they point.

You do realize that this poll consisted of 1,005 adults (thats one thousand five people), in the entire country don't you? There are 170+ million voters in this country---LOL


No one should be paying any attention to National polling data--they have turned into a world wide disaster, and for good reason. No one picks up on unknown callers anymore, and most of us have cell phones that pollsters have no access too. Online polls are a joke, as in many one supporter is able to cast a vote several times for a certain candidate, and the majority will not bother with them as many are associated with donation sites. Text polls are the worst--where one person can vote a 100 times for the same candidate.
At any rate pollsters are forced to use very low samples. I saw one poll where there were 736 participants that were supposed to reflect the sentiment of over 170 million voters in this country. They're a JOKE. Here is a great article disclosing this:

Trump also does very well in the polls, but oddly enough he also has the highest unfavorable rating of any candidate in recorded history. Which brings to obvious point that the only ones that are taking the time to answer polling questions are in fact Sanders & Trump supporters.

Furthermore, the real poll is out, and it came to you from an actual ballot. Hillary Clinton is leading Bernie Sanders by 3 million+ votes, she is ahead of Trump by 1 million votes, and Bernie Sanders comes in last place--well behind both of them.
