TPS, OPP, RCMP et al have decimated our reputation, economy and national security.

This video was viewed worldwide. People shocked at how poor the judgement of our police have shown, even celebrities mocked us Now, they are unaccountable a day before Christmas. Timed intentionally in hopes people just forget of course.

As a bonus, the Canadian police were so kind as to now announce that the woman will not be charged. With what? Wearing a costume outside on behalf of a restaurant to promote May 4th?

Canada....the place where dreams go to die and creeps run the streets on behalf of their agencies. Especially in creepy Ontario.

An outside force says no criminal charges are warranted in relation to the handcuffing of a woman in a stormtrooper costume outside a Star Wars-themed business in Lethbridge, Alta., last May.

But Lethbridge police are still facing criticism for how the initial incident was handled — and some are calling for the full results of the outside investigation to be released.

On May 4 — referred to as Star Wars Day by franchise fans — Lethbridge police officers responded to two 911 calls reporting a person in a Star Wars stormtrooper costume was carrying a firearm on 13th Street North in the southern Alberta city.

Inside the costume was a 19-year-old employee of a space-themed restaurant nearby, dubbed the Coco Vanilla Galactic Cantina.

Holding a plastic toy gun, the woman was on assignment, waving at pedestrians and suggesting they visit the restaurant to try specials like the Yoda Soda.

That's when police arrived. What transpired was caught on video and went viral, making both national and international news.

She was in the wrong 'Star Wars' costume...

What's to investigate?

How about starting with stupidity and arrogance, especially after the restaurant told them that it was a restaurant promotion event. Then, expand into the irrational takedown of someone in a costume who couldn't even follow their orders due to the outfit she was in.

Continue with the lack of transparency the inconsistencies and the general inability for Canadian police to be held to account while they do this to some, take a stick to the groin of others (teenagers, they like them young in Canada).

We are the laughing stock of the planet for a multitude of reasons. Not least of which, is our creepy kakistocracy and their weak wristed apologists.

Well, I'm quite a ways from Medicine Hat (although I've actually been there), and I can see how fucked up it was from here.

No need to spend money to determine that the cops fucked up. It's pretty fucking obvious...

Sounds like this young lady could have a field day tying up a bunch of people in court. Start with the police hassling her, then her employer for making her wear the costume that got her in trouble.
