well i was about to fix it. but people on here are so impatient.

Actually the situation is mentally impaired man who should have been committed ages ago was going around trespassing on peoples yards and stealing things . Then he physical assaulted the cops when they tried to deal with them. So he was arrested . Problem was the police did not know hoe to deal with this mental person nor the orderlies in the mental hospital. So they will get time and the mother a pay off. This is why we need to have mental people and disabled people taken care of better.
