It's all good - to appease the conservatives and 'get the heat off their back' I read they are going to put out an ad that praises women who chose....NOT to have abortions....which, evidently, are all the women who Planned Parenthood have nothing to offer.

The big argument from the left is that PP offers services for poor women. Well, truth is that they don't offer that much. If you need anything other than a routine pap smear and pregnancy test, birth control pills or an abortion, they will tell you to go to your doctor. If you don't have a doctor, you are just plain out of luck if you need treatment for illness or prenatal care.

How does that help the women who need care? Bottom line is that all they want to do is a brief exam before offering birth control pills or a pregnancy test before offering an abortion. That is what they do. They should just be honest and change their name to Population Control Clinic. Especially when it comes to those minority babies. The founder focused on eliminating blacks. I don't see where much has changed other than the organization getting half a billion in tax payer dollars each year to continue their goal of eliminating what they feel are undesirable people. And they make a profit, which is spent to support political candidates. It's against the law for a non-profit to do that but they are getting away with it.

It's an outright lie that they offer mammograms or other health care services. That was discovered years ago but libs still use the old talking points when defending the abortion specialists. They only care about two things. Preventing a pregnancy or terminating one. After Obamacare, why would anyone need a PP for any care? They exist to make money for liberal politicians. That is why our tax dollars are funneled through PP. And they do make more money on baby parts. They even changed the procedure to get the fetus out in one piece because it's more money. And they wait as long as possible to do it because the more developed the fetus, the more money they get. That is why they refuse to do ultrasounds, which could ensure the safety of the mother by detecting complications. None of this is good for the mother, in fact poses additional risks but making money to give to Dems is more important than some woman's health.

They also don't want to be held to the same standards as medical clinics. They are slowly getting back to the back alley abortions. No wonder some supporters wore a coat hanger pin in support of them.

In my humble opinion, this is the MOST important thread on this board!

Why?

It is not because I agree, or disagree with abortion rights, but rather can prove easily (and by seeing this Weather has too) that they are lying to the American people.

I have ZERO softness in my heart for leftist causes, but the left needs to realize what is actually going on here. If they look into it, and decide it is worth the lies they are being told to keep their position viable, then I will not complain. But if they see what is actually being claimed as THEIR position and do not like it, well then everyone should support them.

Remember---> the LEFT had the power to do whatever it wanted for 2 years. It HAD that kind of power, and all of our screaming would have had ZERO effect!

NOW it is our/YOUR turn! What are YOU going to do with that power? We can all sit here and pat each other on the back, and when they get re-elected, (which they surely will at some point in time) they will just continue from here where they want to go if we do NOTHING but congratulate ourselves, because this is where we left them!
