It was a "fedsurrection". It becomes more obvious each day.The conduct of the FBI/DoJ in this whole episode has destroyed their credibility, which wasn't high to start with.
There was no "insurrection." That is a Leftist meme. I also would have been proud to have been there on January 6th. If anyone doesn't like that they are invited to perform a nearly-impossible auto-sexual act.
That's some mighty fine gaslighting you got there. So this guy was at the Capitol, handcuffed, let him go, then found out he supports Trump and sent 'Mean Tweets' to Democrats...warranting an FBI raid...
And now snowflakes are freaking out and demonizing him for the TEE-SHIRT he was wearing.
Are the feds going after the company that made this 'Insurrection-supporting' clothing.
Probably not, especially since it was probably made in CHINA.

Actually just pointing out some facts - sorry facts bother you.
It looks like his legal woes extend beyond your apologist narrative...
"According to an affidavit filed in January 2021, Miller was identified in part through a selfie he posted inside the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol Building on Jan. 6. When another user commented approvingly that he’d made it inside, Miller responded, “Just wanted to incriminate myself a little lol.”
Investigators found surveillance footage appearing to show Miller among a crowd that pushed past officers to enter the building through the Columbus Doors. They also found another Facebook comment from him describing hi decision to enter the building.
“We where [sic] going in… No matter what,” Miller wrote. “Decided before the trump speech… I charged the back gates myself with an anti masker.”
"Miller was also charged with threatening a member of Congress for a reply he sent to a Jan. 6 Twitter post from Ocasio-Cortez reading “Impeach.” Miller responded: “Assassinate AOC.”
"Days later, Miller wrote on Instagram about the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt: “We going to get a hold of [the USCP officer] and hug his neck with a nice rope.” Miller also said he had a rope in his bag while he was at the Capitol on Jan. 6."
"Instead, Miller entered a plea of guilty to three felony counts of civil disorder and six other misdemeanor counts for entering the U.S. Capitol Building on Jan. 6."

I saw the Tshirt thing as just him conveying that he has no regrets for his illegal activities...like he was a proud of it.Your attempt to impose your false narrative upon me / falsely accuse me of attempting to defend his arrest is, as usual, wrong / misleading.
Oh, I joked about his being arrested and being no threat, but my whole point / where I was coming from was the making fun of attempt to make his tee-shirt he was wearing seem so 'evil' and 'ominous' to further attempt to paint him as someone who had serious intentions of overthrowing the US govt.
Prosecutors even mocked him for being an unemployed 'cyber-warrior' - computer nerd - who sent 'Mean Tweets' to politicians and texted his 'mommy' about what was happening on J6.
If the US govt can be overthrown by someone the prosecution describes that way, someone so threatening by wearing tjat shirt, this country is SCREWED.
He broke the law, he was in the Capitol illegally, and he was arrested and will be prosecuted as he should be.
The whole Tee-shirt journalistic drama story was just too comical / over the top for me.
I believe you are right. Even without the tee-shirt this guy was / is heading to DC Gitmo where he will be isolated, beaten, denied medical care, etc... as they have unlawfully done to all those arrested / convicted.I saw the Tshirt thing as just him conveying that he has no regrets for his illegal activities...like he was a proud of it.
I believe judges take this kind thing into account when making decisions.
