@ B_S. That subject came up when we were discussing multiculturalism in my sociology classes. The larger & poorer Black communities are often referred to as "ghetto Blacks". Many studies have been done in an attempt to find out WHY so many Black folks cannot integrate into American culture. ALL other ethnicities/cultures blend right into the ideals of the American culture of indepenence, prosperity & happiness. Black folks in these ghetto areas do have staggering rates of crime, among themselves no less. The ghetto Blacks do show a crude tribal instinct(strength in number) but then pull a turn around & feed on their own! Welfare induced narcissism appears to run rampant among the ghetto Blacks which explains(somewhat) the high crime rate. Blacks that have left the ghetto areas appear to have no problems integrating into Americam main stream culture along with the rest of their fellow Americans. Ghetto Blacks remain a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.It be “da city of bruverly lub, yo”.This is an EXCELLENT example of what a vibrant & dynamic socialist government can do for a city!
