People trying to join and get a server error

There are several people from another forum trying to join this board and all of them are getting this error:

"A servor error occured, please try later"

It happens when they click register

Remove the "Your Stats" section from the front of the site. That is what is causing some of us to not see avatars and none of the videos that get posted. This site has way too much on the front page, and it's clogging things up. Thanks.

Tell them to turn their VPNs off and see if it lets them get thru.

There should be something on the server logs, probably only chorizo has access to that.

5 of them tried today and all get the error.
There should be something on the server logs, probably only chorizo has access to that.

Have them try again. One of the forum add-ons was throwing a hissy and had to be put in it's place.

Not trying to be an ass - but not easy to get folks to start posting here when they keep seeing others saying they can't register.

A couple things I can think of that would stop someone from registering is if they're using a VPN or IP address that is blacklisted or a fake email account.

Whatever elchorizo did the other day helped - the three people I knew who couldn't are now here and posting.
As you can guess, these are all people on another forum that is going south.
So I would imagine they are all using good emails etc. That I know of, none of them have been members here before. But I will ask them
