This is not the thread with the buggy link that was entitled Exodus from the Bay area that is no longer accessible on USMB. The short story housing prices and to a lesser extentrentals are declining and have been declining in a few types of housing to some extent since 2016. The reason no one hears about this is that the links to news about this tends to be buggy.
