Chinese tennis player Peng Shuai re-emerges with a video call to IOC president

International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach spoke with Chinese tennis player Peng Shuai for 30 minutes over video call.

"On Sunday (Novenvber of 2021) International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach spoke with Chinese tennis player Peng Shuai for 30 minutes over video call.

The IOC released a statement saying that the 35-year old was “safe and well, living at her home in Beijing, but would like to have her privacy respected at this time.”

Peng Shuai disappears after accusing a high ranking Communist Party official of sexual assault and now everything is okay suddenly (if you believe high level tennis officials that can't afford to piss off Xi jinping).
