This German study was done via autopsies on those who died shortly after vaccination. The theory is that those feeling symptoms of myocarditis, but able to report for medical care, had milder forms. This study reveals that some who have died suddenly following the mRNA shots DID die of heart damage.

The paper is legit. There did appear to be a severe consequence to at least five people. They will never know for sure as the evidence is circumstantial. It doesn’t negate vaccination. Given the number of people vaccinated who had no issues at all it’s just statistics.
