Peaceful, loving Canada: Fatal car blast in downtown Kitchener possible IED, police say

One person is dead after a car explosion in front of the courthouse in downtown Kitchener Friday morning.

The Waterloo Regional Police Service said Friday afternoon the explosion "appears to be the result of a suspected improvised explosive device."

Police are asking people to avoid the area of Frederick Street and Duke Street in downtown Kitchener as they investigate. There is a large police presence and the area will be closed "for a significant amount of time," the Waterloo Regional Police Service reported on Twitter Friday.

Homes and businesses in the area along Frederick Street, Scott Street, Duke Street and Weber Street have been evacuated, police said.

I doubt its a muslim terror attack, currently Canada, is experiencing a major mob war, where the Rizzuto family and its allies, are matched against the uber powerful Calabrian mafia called the Ndrang-gata(I'm just spelling it as it sounds)....The mob war extends right back to Italy, and Montreal, they are fighting for control over the vast and lucrative Canadian routes into the United States and various Canadian cities. While it has yet to do so, the fear is its gonna bleed over into the USA and suck in the five major mob families in NYC, one of which, the "Bonnano family," has long been rumored to control the Rizzuto family of Montreal, its also quite possible that it sucks in the Chicago outfit! The Ndrang-gata and Chicago outfit are not shy about car bombs, whereas the five NY mob families have historically opposed them out of hand....
