I'm watching a great video on PBR boats of Vietnam
......they said they put flotation ''blocks'' [ ? ] on the PBR Mk IIs and then they could take multiple hits from the B40 rockets and still float
...anyone know how these flotation devices worked? I've searched somewhat but can't find much
they mention flotation blocks around the 20 minute mark
