Somewhat? He's had the best rookie season of all time so far. If he continues at this pace he will have by far the best season of any rookie in history.

Stroud has a lot of ability, except between the ears, and that's the problem.

He isn't better than Rattler, and had Ratter started for Houston against NE, Houston would be in Den Sun.

I don’t know what happened to him, but he was awful in the playoffs. Probably a mental thing, lost confidence or something.

If he plays average, the Texans probably win that game. That loss is entirely on him.
