Yes. I think he is. I would very easily compare him to Teddy Roosevelt more than Eisenhower but he resembles them both in actions and rhetoric. His is slightly different than Teddy's talk softly and carry a big stick his is more Talk forcefully and carry a big stick because the times have changed.
