Partial Global Darkening - Solutions needed

It's been getting depressingly darker and chillier recently There needs to be a Congressional investigation of the crisis of global darkening. This afternoon will be pitch black as soon as 5:00 p.m. Also, total hours of daylight have shrunk alarmingly since only a few months ago. Some will say that it's only half the globe. However, the overwhelming portion of world land masses are affected by darkening.

We need to find the perfect combination of taxes and regulations to solve this growing problem.

Quit using so many solar cells. They're sucking up all the light from the sun.

Same thing with wind power. Those huge things with the fan blades are sucking all the wind out of the air. Don't believe me? I just checked the weather station on TV and there's only a 2 mph wind here. It got up to 10 mph earlier today, but those damned windmill things started turning, so now it's pretty still outside.

Several years ago I proposed that NASA put a gigantic pair of Arnold Schwarzenegger Gargoyle Terminator glasses into orbit and simply flip them down to combat Manmade global climate warming change
