They need the proper training that they lack. If they were not the assholes they've been, they would not have the problems they have....like ICE arrests under Biden, all the on the street arrests with wearing their badges, without the black ski masks and in unmarked cars or vans.
It's not surprising that treating humans equal to or surpassing animal cruelty, is the root of the problem they created for themselves....
